A DRS roller uncapper is a beekeeping tool designed to quickly and efficiently remove the wax caps from honeycomb cells before extracting honey. Instead of using a traditional knife or fork, this device features rolling metal spikes or blades that gently break open the wax cappings as the frame is passed through.
It’s great for speeding up the uncapping process, reducing mess, and minimizing honey waste. Beekeepers often use it in larger-scale operations where multiple frames need to be processed efficiently.
Place ontop of a uncapping tray/tub.
Push frame through the uncapper multiple times to uncap
keep going until you have finished.
